Steve oversees preconstruction services and administrative operations for Gainesville Commercial Contractors, bringing 27 years of experience in commercial construction throughout North Central Florida. His extensive background includes successful partnerships with a wide range of clients, such as the University of Florida, Alachua County Public Schools, the City of Gainesville, Santa Fe College, and numerous private entities. Steve’s expertise in project planning, budgeting, and client coordination ensures every project begins with a strong foundation and a clear path to success. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction, Steve plays a vital role in maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and reliability. Successful projects managed (somewhile with previous employers) include the University of Florida Basketball Practice Facility, the Hillel Jewish Student Center, the Grace United Methodist Church, the Santa Fe College Blount Center Downtown Campus, Spring Park Elementary School (Green Cove Springs), and Littlewood Elementary School, just to name a few.
